Carclew Outdoors focuses on community outreach, enabling and promoting the welfare of others. Through partnership with Community Interest Companies (CICs), we aim to meet the needs of children, young adults, families and the wider community. It is set in our rich ecological, naturally biodiverse and historic landscape.
Volunteering Opportunities
We carefully manage and protect the habitats and wildlife here at Carclew. We’re in the process of setting up habitat creation and restoration days, clearing invasive species to enable our local native flora and fauna to thrive.
Do get in touch if you’re interested in actively taking part and becoming part of our story.
Forest Pathways
Forestpathways CIC run forest school sessions for children of all ages and abilities. These give the opportunity for creative learning through play, an in-depth experience of the natural world and a lot of muddy fun out in nature!
Please see the booking page if you would like to join the Forest School.
Nature is a tool to get children to experience not just the wider world but themselves.
